Broken telephone lines - tickets resold.

Abysmal service from Qatar Airways. All numbers listed on their website do not work and the web form on the website returns an error. I had cash business class ticket resold and I've had to fight to get it refunded as a voucher. I doubt I shall use Qatar every again.
