Be aware of Qatar airways

Hi there,

Despise I posted review about non existence customer service in Qatar airways, they proved that once more, not even bothering to reply . They took almost R 30 000 from me and my friends for 4 return tickets from Johannesburg - Barcelona in February 2020 ( before Corona) and despise numerous mail, phone calls and promises from their side “ money will be on your account in 12 - 18 - 24 working days” nothing happened. We visited their office in Johannesburg, same story, mine will be on your account - nothing. Don’t know what we can do now? For them it is peanuts, but for us it is not. Can someone help in that matter ?
