Baggage delay in foreign country.

My boyfriend, who is a professional Sportsman recently traveled with Qatar Airways to Manchester from Durban. Upon his check in he experienced certain difficulties as they did not want to accept his VISA which had been granted to him for this trip and three years prior by the United Kingdom Embassy. <br> <br> When he arrived in Manchester he was told that his baggage was never sent and that it was still in Durban, South Africa. Being a sportsman, a day without kit is a day of work lost. He also had no additional clothing and sanitary items and could not partake in any sporting activity. His flight was on the 14th April and he still has not received any baggage now (16th of April). <br> <br> This means that he is left in a foreign country without any of his personal belonging prompting him to use his own fees to purchase clothing and sanitary items! This is unacceptable and i will personally never travel with Qatar Aiways ever again!!!!
