Baggage allowance on Website wrong and you get penalized.

This Airline just wants to make money. As we packed, we communicated with an agent through the app asking what is the baggage allowance per person flying economy. We were sent a link to the website, and on their website under economy it clearly stated there that the baggage allowance is 32kg. My bag was 29kg, When we checked in for the flight, all of a sudden the weight is 24kg as stated by the check-in agent and we had to pay a penalty fee there and then. After that we went and checked the website again and it still says 34kg. But the airline does not want to admit their mistake and refund the money. Even though it clearly states 34kg on their website for economy. That's how they make money form unsuspecting customers and false info on their website.
