Bad Service from Qatar Airways.

I was to fly with Qatar Airways to Dubai, my visa was still valid but they refused to let me on to the flight because my visa was expiring in two days time. The manager from the visa application center come to the the Qatar office to explain to them that the visa was still valid. The very rude supervisor refused to talk to him and **** by saying that they received a mail from Dubai saying that they go instruction not to let me onto the flight. When we asked for the mail she said the e-mail was internal communication and they cannot show it to us, threatening to call airport security. We were left waiting for more then 5 hours before someone told us we were taken of the flight. The supervisor on duty was very rude to us. I have been trying to make contact with them to complain but they refuse to even give me an e-mail address saying the ORTIA branch manager Lance cannot be contacted.
