Bad service for sending your clients to none entry

I'm not sure at this point if I am upset about the fact I'm south african (no vaccine & rising covid cases) or the service we received from Qatar airways. We traveled all the way to Turkey only to be denied access into the country because of the rising covid19 cases and therefore a mandatory 14day quarantine has been enforced for SA & a few other countries.

They are telling us that Qatar was supposed to tell us, which they didn't. Despite the fact that we asked before checking in at OR Tambo and we were told no there were no changes to the regulations and we shouldn't have a problem. So many people are stuck here and we've opted to rather come back home instead of going to a facility we don't even know. I'm hurt and disappointed. Ngapha abasizwa labantu because language barrier is a thing. Qatar would have be more prevented this!!
