BAD SERVICE

I bought a ticket for my daughter on a repatriation flight from Hamburg Germany to Johannesburg SA via Frankfurt and Doha. The flight was scheduled to start on the 1st of June. Ticket number ***710 confirmation MUHSYB. She boarded in Hamburg to Frankfurt without any problems. At Frankfurt she was denied access on flight QR68 destined for Doha en route to JHB. Her booking was confirmed and cleared on Sunday the 31st of May via email from QATAR. We have sent all documentation required by QATAR. My daughter also had a copy of my passport & statement to prove the money is out of my account. The lady that denied her access stated my daughter must prove the relationship between myself and her. What a lot of bull****. She is now stuck in Frankfurt on my cost in a hotel. QATAR has my money and the flight arrived at 50% capacity on Tuesday the 2nd of June at JHB. Now QATAR claims that I am a third party and cannot divulge any data. I PAID FOR THE TICKET!!!!! Please don't book with QATAR. It has happened to several people over the world. I have it on a social media group on Face Book. I now had to book another ticket with SAA. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYBODY JUST THEIR POCKETS!!! Coenie Brandt
