Bad service

I would to bring attention to the bad service I received from the Qatar airways check in staff in Istanbul Turkey Sahiba Gorkem Airport. Even though I tried to explain to them I was a victim affected by earthquake in Diyarbakır and am a student with all the proof on hand they made my check-in experience a nightmare. The lady on duty weighing my bags was extremely rude and unhelpful. It's a shame because I always recommended Qatar airways to family and friends but now on my way back to Turkey I don't think I will use it due to this experience.
