Bad food, poor service and no luggage

<p>I am writing this reveiw as I believe that service needs improvement in the following areas: I travelled to Doha on Monday, 20 June and the catering company had been on strike so w were served the most soggy sloppy sandwishes, which my 5 year old son could not eat. On arrival in London I did not get my luggage - I had to then buy a few items as I had to leave London the next day, was such a nightmare.</p> <p>I then returned to Johannesburg on the 29th, only to get off of the flight to be asked as to why I am using a pram for my 5 year old... it was just an insult. I remained calm and did not cause a scene however, it is no ones business how I am moving around with my son. I am travelling without my partner and that is the easiest way for me.</p> <p>I feel like the attitude is poor and unfriendly. The worst experience was from Johannesburg to Doha on the eve of the 20th of June.</p>
