Avoid Qatar Airways

I had a flight booked and it was delayed because " technical issues"(we went through checkup desk already and we were waiting for boarding. 1 hour later, still no boarding. As I could see I would never make the connecting flight(that meant 12 h in Doha) , we elected to try another day another flight. I had to buy 2 business class tickets with another airline. I never got a refund for my flights that were delayed because of their technical problems. I wrote letters to customer complaints office, eventually I saw the regional director, they never refunded me for my tickets. My advice is to avoid this airline. I certainly will never use it again
