Appaling service from a Check-in staff member I almost missed my flight

I encountered a pathetic service at the Johannesburg OR Tambo airport. The check-in staff member was hostile and intentionally indictment whilst making a joke about missing my flight. I emailed Qatar to complain about the ********** service I received but never received a response.
