My 2 sons, travelling with 2 others, from Doha to Jhb were delayed for 6 hours! As per notices hung up all over the airport all 4 of them submitted a claim. The 2 others have been reimbursed, but not my sons. We have now resorted to sending emails and complaints via the web site weekly, and yet, 5 months on, not even a single piece of correspondence..!! Tried calling a Cape Town as well as an international number, only to be told, "not my department, please submit a complaint on-line"... Totally Disgusted..!!!
