<p>I flew Qantas for the very first time from south africa to Sydney and had the privilege to have "lionel" on board who served our section. He was very friendly and helpful and one could see that he was really enjoying his job. I flew on Friday 14th of October out of Johannesburg, South Africa. I dont know what Lionel's surname was - can you please convey the message? Your crew on my flight back was also very friendly and caring.
