Very poor Qantas refund service
Cancelled flight on 22.1.21 JHB _ SYD Refund ref WE73RL Despite several calls, emails NO REFUND. I have no proof of refund/repayment into the paying account despite email saying it was done. Booking ref was SWMVWH for flight 23.3.20 with return 14.4.20 ino Alexander John Smith.
