Terrible service from Quantas

I have been on the phone for 2 hours to the Quantas Joburg office. Yes, a lot of people are trying to cancel at this time but that is no excuse for keeping someone waiting so long. This is on a landline and I am phoning from George. Why don't they get more capacity. Will not support them anymore.
