Qantas *****ing our money

I booked a ticket with Qantas Feb 2020. Covid came and I had to take a credit. Now it is May 2021 and they have yet again postponed flights for a year, but they REFUSE to refund my money. I can only get another credit till 2023. I dont even want to travel to New Zealand anymore! I have no reason to. Qantas is *****ing our money and there is nothing you or I can do. Avoid this airline at all costs!!!!
