Qantas is very unhelpful!

I booked a flight through kulula, which is now in business rescue. Kulula no longer responds to emails and I have not received any confirmation of the cancellation of my flight or refund or credit note. Every time I email Qantas the response I get is that I need to speak to Kulula. Yet my flight was with Qantas and Kulula does not respond. Can someone please assist??
