QANTAS CUSTOMER CARE - OMG!
I phone customer care to redeem 2 flight credits from 2020 and 2021. After making me hold 38 min (and still holding). I am supp**** with a reference number for my flight credit (which I already had) and asked to call them back if I want to make a booking. Why do you think I am phoning you Qantas. I want to make a ****** booking. FFS
