Qantas Airways :-(
It seems the only way to get something done with Qantas airways is to write a negative review on Hello Peter. I have been struggling for more than 2 weeks now to get my credit and book a flight on Qantas. since 15 April Im waiting to get confirmation of flight details and payment. Im not even sure that my flight is still booked or valid. No one is answering my mails. Phoning is a no go. Why cant we just book the credit online and pay? Really frustrating!!!

28 Apr 2022, 09:19Still waiting for reply from Qantas. Even the regional manager is not even coming back to me now! I really wish they just gave me my money back so I can book with another airline but Im loosing too much money. Qantas why is it taking so long to finalize my flight ticket?????? What more must I do for this to be done? you dont answer the phone. you dont reply on my mails and you dont contact me back on my phone nr. I was suppose to fly 16 May, will this even happen????

Still waiting for reply from Qantas. Even the regional manager is not even coming back to me now! How do you expect a person to stay patient? Regional Manager making promises and its not happening. Meantime I cannot arrange anything
