Qantas

I booked a return flight to Sydney 2yrs ago and then Covid happened. I could then have a voucher or cash back. I chose a voucher. Qantas was flying again last month. I tried to get through to SA Qantas and spent many hours on phone R620 airtime. My sister eventually got through and finally tickets booked. Imagine my horror when I was charged R13,000 rand for changing the dates I had originally booked 2yrs ago.That was not explained in the blanket email. A lot happens in 2yrs. R13,000 is nearly the price for a return flight to Sydney. This is devious and unacceptable.
