Pathetic service from Quantas
My flight to Australia ins 2020 had to be cancelled due to Conrona Virus. I was promised a credit for the fares but it has gone missing. Try contact they Quantas Call Centre - ridiculous - I have waited over an hour with no-one taking the call.
