OUTRAGEOUS $1425 overweight luggage CHARGE

Almost a MONTH later AND STILL WAITING for a RESPONSE. Charged $1425 for 2 pieces of luggage that i could not buy baggage cover for in advance because the SA QANTAS website was down. Both pieces weighed MUCH MUCH lighter at home than at the airport. Qantas ALSO changed me for VISA fees, when I very clearly have a 457 visa that was given to me 3 month before flight and is valid until 2018. OUTRAGEOUS FEES, EVEN the counter person and managers said something was wrong but to contact QANTAS in AUS. I did immediately and have heard NOTHING.
