Non-existing customer service!

Non existing customer service! I have over $1000 owing to me by Qantas and they make it impossible to use or get refunded for credits. After several phone calls and hours on the phone, I've logged a case 31/8 to which they have not bothered responding. Several more calls and hours, I can not speak to someone who can assist. Call center apparently only books issues but they're not actually customer service????? You can't speak to customer service???? I'm expected to send an email to customer service, which by the way I have, and hope someone will respond. I've escalated 3 times now in the last 2 days and have been promised a supervisor will call but nothing. Qantas is very quick to take my money but refunding, after they cancelled my flights is impossible!! This is *****! Hoping someone at Qantas takes some pride and tries to resolve this! Absolute joke!!!
