Great at Passing the Buck or should that be Kangaroo

<p>I returned from Sydney Australia on 11 December on Qantas QF63. Due to various reasons, i.e. luggage incorrectly balanced, fuel incorrectly balanced and a faulty door, the plane was delayed taking off which meant that I missed my connecting SAA flight to Cape Town. I wasn't the only one - there were a large number of people with children who also missed their flight. Were Qantas bothered? Not in the least. They just passed the buck and referred us to SAA. This meant re-booking the flight to Cape Town at a cost of R770 plus an excess baggage charge of R250 because although Qantas allow 30kgs, SAA would only allow 23kgs. Thank you Qantas. This is the last time I travel with you.</p>
