Double deducting and rude....... Don't trust these guys

Qantas took money out of my account twice for the same booking. once on the 27th and once today. when I called them I was naturally angry, and when the guy on the other side said to change my attitude I lost it. he put the phone down in my ear and was not interested in sorting out their mistake of double deducting my card.... NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD DETAILS......EVER. lets see if I get more luck from my bank......:(

Hello Michi, I have rep**** to your email you sent. I will contact my bank to see if I get more joy... I will never give Qantas my card details ever again, clearly can't be trusted with sensitive information.
