Discovery refuses to pay my claim !********* !

my claim reimbursment was declined becuase I did not register for a pregnancy and baby programme before I sent through the claim.But nobody informed me that I even had to register to activate my benefits . How should I have known this IF YOU DO NOT INFORM ME!!!?? I WANT THE OUTCOME REVIEWED , I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PAYMENT WHEN YOU IDIOTS ARE AT FAULT!
