Destroyed luggage

<p>Long story short....</p> <p>Bought brand new luggage not cheap. </p> <p>After our month holiday in Auckland we waited at Auckland airport and to our disgust we saw how grounds man just "chucked" our luggage from conveyer to plane. I took a photo of all this and after numerous emails and 5 broken cases still no reply or a sorry. I attached photos of groundsman and broken luggage. And nothing...... will not be flying Qantas again.</p>
