Booking NIGHTMARE as SA Office of Quantas can not answer a call!!!!!

I have been battling for the last 2 days to get hold of their offices in Cape Town, Holding on for 45 minutes with no answer at all just the automated answering service.... I need to book a ticket for my daughter travelling from New Zealand Auckland, to Johannesburg- OR I can't book her flight online because she is 15 years old - she will need the meet and assist service Now I found a flight perfect in my price class but I can not book it and pay it for Quantas is not answering their phones!!!
