Always later departure

Today was the 3 time Quatas showed me their "Dedicated good service" Their flights is alweays delaid not by munutes but hours. Today QA63 from Sydnay to Johannesburg was delayd by 3 hours, In November the same flight was delaid by 24 hours. No Qantas this is bad.
