Qabam Africa ***** and ****

Qabam Africa took my and many others' business plans before November 2023 and did an evaluation of the plans. I was among those whose business plans were approved for funding. Funding was to be done in January and it never happened. Promises were made that due to glitches funding had been delayed but would be done in February/ March and it never happened. Any questions being email or their Facebook messenger are ignored. Any questions on their Facebook timeline are deleted and individuals blocked. This could be a ***** and **** using people's business plans to source funds but never give those funds to the entrepreneurs.
