Q4U in Brits Area run by Candice Viljoen

I bought a car and contacted this person to do change of ownership and renew the disc and everything to be done as the law requires. I then was told to pay an amount for the service on which i paid on 28th September 2023. By 21 December 2023 i received a call from the owner of the vehicle stating that the vehicle is still on her name and that i have to remove it off or she will s**** the car. I contacted this person as to who was to do the service only to find out that she had recieved ***** papers and busy with a case against the person issuing the papers. Ever since i frist paid her on the 28/09/2023 i heard nothing till i was contacted by the owner. So January i asked her is the car sorted on which she told me she will send me the papers i waited two weeks and recieved nothing then went to the Post Office only to find out the car has been sc****d and still not on my name. I then contacted her again demanding the money i paid to her to do the job and was told she will refund me. I waited till the month end of February 2024 for payment still did not received payment i then contacted her again to find out that i was not the only one that had the same service from her another client as well and had a ***** case against her and demanding the full amount of her losses and current losses for the service she had to do. Once again i was asked to please just give her a chance to sort this out cause her account was frozen. I did do so. Again i waited till end of April and contacted her again on which she responded to me on the 1 May 2024 she is in hospital with what ever and she will transfer the money in the week. Which once again did not happen ever since i have been contacting her day for day regarding my funds and get promises of payment nothing yet. I would contact her daily 3 to 4 time for a week and get no reply. Till now i have not received anything and to get the car sorted now is going to cost me 4 x the amount i paid the first time. So now i want to inform people out there to be very careful with these q4u places they are ****mers do use them unless you really really know them but still then be careful. I will be going on Facebook as well with this person in Brits area and informing the public as well as going to the police station to go open a ***** case and theft.
