Crossroads Q4 Fuels

My name is Magda and this is my story of what happened at Crossroads Q4 fuels Vereeniging What a disgrace! Had a fuel range of 77 km till empty and thought I’ll refuel at Crossroads. Put in a R100 (5.88liters) in my Kia Picanto. Not one drop was put in my kar. After the fuel was “poured” my range was still 77 and my needle was still at Empty! We went to confront the manager and we were immediately treated very harshly. We were yelled at,hands thrown in our faces,no compensation whatsoever,almost hit,we asked questions,but weren’t not answered, we decided that my father and I should rather leave because of the way we have been treated and we were traumatised and angry! My father had earlier also been “cheated” of Petrol as much as 8 liters on a full tank! As soon as we arrived at work the Manager called our shop to yell at us furthermore and to tell is how we made a scene in his shop. But he almost physically hurt me a few times, and almost hit my dad! The owner also phoned us and tried to explain how it’s our fault and its my car computer that doesn’t work!? My kar is Brand new! I am dissatisfied and disappointed at Crossroads fuels! No woman of man should ever be treated in such a harsh way for trying to fix a problem!
