Unffair and Dishonesty of Q4 Logistics Company

The bad experience was experienced by my brother in law, this truck of Petrol driven by their driver jumped the red robot and my brother and other cars was taken by this truck for few meters, its luck that they did not die and his car is beyond repair, or if its going to be repaired its going to need lot of money, he first talked to the company and they assured him that they saw on cameras that their driver was wrong and the will help him to fix the car, suddenly they kept quite and sent him the lawyers papers now denying the accident,until he went to Legal wise as their member to help him with the issue. they busy helping him now. the problem now the company does not want fix the car they say legal wise must withdraw the claim there is no claim and they wont win. they said their driver had fits and the know about the sickness but still hired him and allowed him on the road. Now brother is struggling he doesn't have a car, he is self employed . this Q4 logistics is been unfair because their car is the one caused the accident. because they have money and this one is self employed they make sure the put him under pressure not to fix his car. maybe they are checking according to colour who knows, and this happened last year. my brother in law is very stressed because of this and he was also going for physios after the accident, they are heartless because they have big shot attorneys of J Leslie Smith and Company inc: the case is for Mr K Mokhokho
