Q-pro documents incompetency

Bro these ladies were terrible at their jobs (well just the one I dealt with at least). Her name is Thelma and when I tell you she only informed me on what was happening with the certificate once I contacted her. Every single time. I app**** for my certificate in August of 2023. I was told today that they are going to refund me the money because of home affairs back logs or whatever, and only after I contacted them to find out what was happening. Also about 3-4 weeks before that she told me that she will let me know what was happing in 2 weeks. She never did. Their email also stated that they would be able (not guaranteed) to get the certificate done within 5-8 weeks. It’s been many more weeks than that. Today is the 28th of February 2024. Honestly ridiculous service from their side. Claiming to be able to do things they cannot. I will be going to home affairs myself and watch me get it done much quicker. Imagine the incompetency. I do not recommend using them as a service. You will be better off else where.
