Very bad service

I didn't receive my complete order and will never visit or recommend this store again.I went to the store on Thursday to print the photos. I was told that because it is more than a hundred prints, I will only be able to pick it up in 24 hours. After making arrangements to collect them on Friday and despite being in the area for more or less 3-4 hours, as soon as I got home I received a sms stating that I can pick up the photos. Again I had to make more arrangements. I emailed, hoping that I would get a speedy reply and later decided to phone and explain the situation. Quinten was not sure how to handle the situation but reassured me that he would find out what the procedure is and phone me back. Five hours later I still did not receive a phone call and when I tried to phone at 16:00 I had to hold until the music eventually stopped and the last time the phone was simply put down. I eventually thought the shop was closed, but to my surprise the website states that otherwise.On Saturday I phoned again and spoke to Quinten, whom apologized and again reassured me that when I go to the shop on Monday my merely six photos will be ready to pick up.We still do not have the photos.
