Unwilling to do business and doesn't care!

I needed to get passport photo's. As the embassy recommended them two years ago, I did not even think twice as to where to go. I am not from Pretoria, but have made orders online for photo books couple times on Q-Photo's website. But this time round, I was furious at them. I asked Google where they are, and choose the branch most convenient for me. However, I soon realised that branch doesn't exist anymore. Q-photo never bothered to update their Google Maps listing. This is very poor. I phoned them, asked what was going on, the person just doesn't seem to care, coming up with some lame excuse. Come on guys, you wasted an hour of my time, driving around on a wild goose chase with my wife and two babies in the car. On a previous occasion, they stuffed up the passport photos by using the incorrect background. When I got to the embassy, I heard another person complaining about Q-photo. The person behind the counter recommended someone else, explaining where they are. So yes, you are loosing business, That probably why your other branches closed down. Get your act together, because I am not supporting you any more, and many others too. Soon Parkview branch might close down too.
