Terrible quality, no care attitude, total rip-off

I ordered two mugs and two canvases from Q-Photo. When I received them the writing on the mugs was cut off, the pictures were also cut off, i sent them examples of all the errors and they collected my purchases, then responded in that it was not their fault, and that I must either re-order and pay again or pay R80.00 courier to get my ******* product back again. To me this totally Q-Photo's responsibility, as there should be some level of quality control before product is printed and issued.
