Systems does not work and no real support received

I created a photo book through Picasso and tried uploading the files after payment was made. During the upload the system stopped working. I contacted the call centre and without really trying to assist me they made me drive all the way to the store.

Due to this my delivery date was moved on without informing me. The delivery date now even moved up to 10 working days, even-though that is not what their systems stated. This was their server issues so why do I need to be negatively affected.

Even the first call centre person and the in-store agent treated my as if I was useless. Never once willing to really assist me.
