Shocking service

on’t touch this company with a barge pole. I am awaiting a response from the MD before I post my whole story here !!!! Well now that I finally have my album and cannot be sabotaged let me start to tell you about the absolutely shocking customer service topped off by the worst MD on the planet I siad that I was going to post on social media and she sai "dont threaten me " so here we are Incorrect times are posted on the website,incorrect messages detailing working hours, an online help chat that only works during specific hours but there is no notice to let you know this , staff that promise to call back but dont bother ,It looks like Im not the only one that has had problems ,perhaps customer service needs to be improved . Shocking experience you will never see my cash again !
