Shocked by dealings with Q-Photo after so many years.

After almost 8 years of having all my school prints done at Q-Photo, a very disheartening experience has left us stunned. In Nov 2020 (when everyone was wanting business after lockdowns) Ramon (the manager) of Q-Photo refused to help me. The prints were terrible and he told me that Elisha (the sales manager) has no access to a phone, when I asked to speak to her. I offered to drive 4 hours to get to Q-Photo and try and sort it out. He refused. I then emailed the CEO Mr Piet Geyser on 8 Dec 2020 relating my frustration and hoping to repair a very good working relationship. I even tried to get hold of Liezel Geyser (Managing Director) but was unsuccessful. Emmanuel has been wonderful over the years and helped us tirelessly. We are so disappointed as we had to have prints re-done at our cost as parents were used to the excellent quality and refused to accept what Q-Photo had sent us.
