Read the fine print

Read the fine print! All online stores who offer discounts to their customers, have an automatic discount being processed when you check out - NOT Q-Photo! Q-Photo advertise in font size 200 their monthly specials, and then in font size 6 that if you want to claim the discount, (who would not want to!), you have to capture the discount code when you check out. I placed an order at 10:40pm without capturing the code. Next morning at 06:30 I requested that the discount code be manually processed which they promptly refused to do. I then asked for the order to be cancelled so that I could upload again with the discount and you guessed it - refused again! I was at fault for not having captured the code but any client-centric company would in good faith, have processed the discount - not Q-Photo!!
