QPhoto - lousy service

Unbelievably bad service. Last Saturday they opened 45 minutes late because the person who had the keys to the store was late. Then they mixed up my order. One that I placed over 2 weeks ago is still outstanding. You can wait there for hours. I really need to find another business to do my work - sad things is that QPhoto's quality is good, but I just can't put up with constantly running around
