Q-Photo/Prolab

I have been trying today to open an existing project in the Picasso Album Maker software, as offered by Q-Photo/Prolab, Pretoria, to continue working on the project and, because of a deadline , finalise it today. Although I have tried all day and tried various methods I keep getting the message from this app saying that the there is a "data version mismatch". When repeatedly phoning Q-Photo/Prolab today, whose business hours on a Sunday are from 09:00 to 15:00, I got the message that "due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to take your call". They go on in their message and invite you to phone again or to send them an Email. I have also sent several emails but got no reply. My question is if other people have made a similar experience, i.e. if the Picasso Album Maker software has crashed or if Q-Photo/Prolab have closed their business?
