Q-Photo strives for client satisfaction

I designed 2 photo books with the Picasso software and when I received them, everything was beautifully printed and the quality was really outstanding, but... The photos ons the cover pages printed off-centre. I contacted Q-Photo support by email and Sheray organised that the photo books be picked up from my address by their courier. When I received the photo books again, it still looked the same. After contacting Sheray and having the books collected by Q-Photo's courier again, Sheray realised that it was an error on the software. She fixed the error, printed the photo books again and they are beautiful!! I am not used to such outstanding service. Q-Photo really strives for the client's utmost satisfaction.
