Q-Photo photo book

Looking at Q-Photo's Facebook page and their advertised photo books, I decided to use Q-photo to design a photo book for me of my sons first year of life. As their advertised books show beautiful full page photo. The "nice" part of Q-photo is that you upload the photo on the website and they do all the design work for you. I chose the most expensive option and uploaded 140 photos. ( I could have upload 150) I was VERY disappointed with the results. When I received the book I very quickly realized that the design work was shockingly terrible!!! And cheaply made. The pictures are absolutely tiny. They cram 4 very small pictures on a page and crop them badly. Some pictures, they cropped the faces by the eyebrow. one of the pictures they cropped the entire head off!! The 1 and only full page picture, they put a boarder around it that runs straight through my eyes!!!! Also they only printed 113 of the picture. I paid for 150! Where are the rest of the picture I paid for?

When I complained and asked for a refund or reprint they absolutely refuse and have not stopped responding to me emails.
