I'm dissatisfied with the customer support service at Qphoto. The lady who helped me was quite unfriendly and unhelpful in my request to change the cover of an album that I ordered, even though I immediately made this request, after ordering my album. She told me that everything was simply automated and that nothing could be changed once an order was placed. I can understand this to some degree, but being totally inflexible in this regard doesn't seem like a good business model. Unfriendly, unhelpful, inflexible and disinterested in their clients needs and concerns.
