Poor Quality Album at high cost

I spent over R3500 for a photographic wedding album for my clients - a wedding couple in Cape Town. Many of the prints of people were printed with an overly red tint - as if the red channel was exaggerated. The prints vary significantly from the photographs submitted. <br> <br> Q-Photo refuse to do anything about this. They now have the album which they will neither reprint nor refund. So I paid a substantial amount of money for a product of poor quality, cannot deliver, and leaves me with extremely unhappy clients.<br> <br> I would advise against any photographers using Q-Photto for their wedding albums - the quality is shocking and their attitude is even worse. Not only that but I now have nothing except I'm R3500 poorer. They haven't even bothered to return the sub standard album - and have the cheek to ask me if I want to re-order at a 30% discount! Can anyone see the absolutely ludicrous offer for what it is? I would need to be brain dead to accept such a ridiculous offer.
