Photo book 18 days waiting and counting....

I ordered a photobook for my Mother for her birthday knowing that previously it took about 3 to 4 days. I ordered the book 8 days before my mother’s birthday in order to give them enough time for preparing and delivery. Ordering the book from the UK via their website seemed to be a great idea especially over the COVID 19 period and because their website said they were open for online business. It has now been 18 days since I ordered. My mother’s birthday has come and gone without a gift. I am not receiving any lead times from the customer service dept, just that I have to be patient and that the photobook is still in production. I’ve been mailing every day. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed that my mother’s birthday had passed without a gifs or anything special from her children living abroad unable to be with her in South Africa over this time. I made the book with so much love and thought, knowing that we will not be present on her special day, and Qphoto managed to ruin the day for all of us. I’m still waiting........
