Phones not answered

I placed an order at qphoto Parkview, assistant was very bossy and irritable with me.<br> I got a mail from qphoto stating that there was no phots loaded, even though I have paid. I went onto the website to reload but now my log in details doesn't work (which worked the previous day?) Tried to reset the password numerous times but the reset mail doesn't get sent even though the site said it does.<br> Tried phoning qphoto and no one answers.<br> <br> order number ***<br>
