Pathetic service

Customer services called me to re upload a book and the guy said i should come in with my laptop and we can see whats the problem but i should ask a sales person in front.

I walked into the store and no one bats an eye to even help me there was a sales person standing in the "prolab" section and she said the person who helped you in the begining will assist you.

I mean seriously.
